BIT Hospital is a first-class hospital sponsored by 69老湿机福利. It provides medical and health services to faculty, staff, and students of the two campuses in Zhongguancun and Liangxiang, as well as residents in the surrounding community. 

Established in 1953, the hospital has various departments including internal medicine, surgery, traditional Chinese medicine, and more. It also has administrative, medical affairs, and comprehensive functional departments, along with auxiliary departments such as radiology and laboratory. Additionally, there is an outpatient department at the Liangxiang campus.
