Drop-in class schedule


Unlimited drop-in fitness classes are included at no extra cost to Fitness and Recreational Sports members on a first-come, first-served basis. This page provides a catalog of all semester offerings, including instructors and the days and times they are regularly scheduled to teach.

Cancellations and instructor substitutions may occasionally occur based on instructor and facility availability.

  • – Log in to our Fitness Portal with your NetID to register for courses up to 24 hours in advance. Class sizes are limited, so sign up early!

  2. Click on your linked NetID in the upper right-hand corner and select Profile.
  3. From the menu on the left, select Program Registrations.
  4. Click the three dots next to the course to see options for the class and select Cancel.
